This is the privacy notice for the AI 4 Loc Think Tank website (ai-localization.com). The AI 4 Loc Think Tank (short: “Think Tank”) is a group of 18 individuals, listed here: <member-page-url>.
Currently, there is no legal entity behind the Think Tank, so data protection duties are undertaken by one of the editors of the website, who is also our data protection champion:

As a rule, the Think Tank does not collect personal data from visitors. However, you can contact the Think Tank via e-mail (through the Contact page) or a query form (Ask the Think Tank page).

In both cases, the Think Tank will receive your name and e-mail address. We use these details to respond to your query and add your name and e-mail address to a list of interested parties with the purpose of a future mailing list and invitations to online events.

IMPORTANT: At any time, you may contact the data protection e-mail address above and have your data removed. You may also inquire about your data stored by the Think Tank.

For the time being, your data are not stored online; the list of interested parties is compiled in an offline database.

The Think Tank does not use your data for any kind of automatic profiling, and we also do not feed the data into AI models.

At our subscription level, Wix.com does not offer preferred server locations. When you enter your name and e-mail address in a form, they might travel through servers in the United States, the EU, or other places. However, as we stated above, we do not store your details online for the time being, and if we decide to do so, we will notify all interested parties in advance.
